You tried to live like a neurotypical person for years and blamed yourself when it didn’t work. Even after discovering you have ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified), you were handed a label, not a roadmap.
Enter ADHD Coaching. This is where we build the manual your brain should have come with. This is where we stop judging your brain and start learning it, instead.
This is where neurotypical expectations come to die.

So much of what ADHDers struggle with isn’t a lack of discipline or motivation. It’s the weight of expectations we carry from years of hearing we SHOULD be able to do things like everyone else.
Our work together is about shedding that and replacing it with radical acceptance and systems that work for YOU.
We start by:
Swapping judgment for curiosity
because judgment shuts your thinking brain down.
Then we:
Look at what’s really going on
I bring the ADHD lens. You bring your strengths, your values, your needs, your habits, and your dreams.
Finally, we:
Co-create and experiment
with personalized systems, structures and supports that honour your wiring instead of fighting it - tools that feel good to use and actually help you move forward.
No one-size-fits-all advice. No “try harder.”
Just a way of working that helps you build self-trust, momentum, and a life that finally fits.
Two coaching paths
Choose what your brain needs.

I’m Laura, a certified ADHD Coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer who spent years thinking I was just “bad at life.”
Going back to school to learn how my brain actually worked changed everything. It gave me language, self-compassion, and the tools I had been missing all along.
Now I help other ADHDers understand their wiring, shed the shame, and build systems that finally work.

Real support. Real shifts.
“Working with Laura has truly been life-changing. I recently got married in June and I came to Laura during one of the most exciting — and overwhelming — times of my life. Planning a wedding, juggling work, and trying to stay on top of everyday tasks felt impossible at times. My executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, and perfectionism were constantly getting in the way.
Through our sessions, she helped me learn not just how to manage my ADHD, but how to understand and work with my brain instead of against it. Her guidance, tools, and compassion have been instrumental in helping me regulate my emotions, build sustainable routines, and reduce the shame I carried about “not doing enough.” My relationships, including my marriage, have truly benefited — I’ve become more patient, communicative, and self-aware thanks to the work we’ve done together.
ADHD is a lifelong journey, and I’m still learning every day. But I finally feel like I have the foundation, perspective, and support of someone who understands it first hand to help me grow. I’m so grateful for her — she’s helped me not just organize my life, but actually enjoy living it.

“Laura's gentle yet intentional coaching created a powerful space for self-reflection, making me feel truly seen and supported.
Through her empathetic and affirming inquiry, I gained invaluable new perspectives and the clarity I needed to move forward.”
Ramy B., Toronto CA
“What stands out the most [about Laura’s coaching] is the way she makes me feel truly seen and understood. As a woman diagnosed with ADHD at 35, I’ve often felt isolated and misunderstood on many levels. Laura has a unique ability to make me feel like she’s right there with me, she understands.
Her presence is warm and grounded, and she listens with genuine curiosity. Laura creates a safe and trusting space where I feel free to share openly and honestly, without fear of judgment.
Her questions are intelligent and thought-provoking; she partners with me in a way that helps me see myself more clearly and uncover new possibilities. Through working with Laura, I’ve learned to trust myself more deeply, to recognise my strengths, and to approach life with greater confidence and self-compassion.”
Joelie S., London UK
“Working with Laura has been such a gift. I came to her feeling stuck and broken — constantly trying to be what I thought others wanted me to be, hiding parts of myself out of fear of disappointing people.
For years, I believed I had to work harder, be perfect, and push down my true personality and values just to be accepted. Through Laura’s coaching, I started to see myself differently. She helped me uncover the strengths I had buried and showed me that embracing who I really am is not only okay, but necessary.
I feel lighter, clearer, and more confident in myself than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough.”
Karen B., Ontario CA
